| Debra,
I just wanted to write, and let you know how the red merle male pup "Cyrus" I purchased from you is doing. I want to start off saying that he is one of the best dogs I have owned. Aside from being incredibly intelligent he is extremely intuitive. He is also very confident about himself and the world. He really is a great dog. He gets along with kids, kittens, cats, puppies, dogs, horses, chicks, & chickens. He absolutely LOVES to swim. He is my right hand man coming just about everywhere with me, and helps me with the horses. He is nice to have out in the paddock because when checking over a horse he is a tremendous help in keeping the other horses off my back. Cyrus has also made himself the "shepard" of our chicken flock as I know have ~75 head of poultry(chickens, geese, and guineas). He picks up on any distress calls from them, and immediately runs to them to see what his going on. I have seen him break up young roosters from sparring, break up a hen and rooster, and on several occasions I have seen him stand guard over a chick that had gotten seperated from the hen. He will quietly stand by and slowly follow the little one until it has rejoined its momma. We had a young fox coming around. The first two mornings he came around Cyrus was the first one to respond to all the comotion. Both mornings he ran the fox off (he is current on all shots and rabies). The next morning Cyrus surprised me by "patroling" the front perimeter (fox was coming from the front), and then taking post on the front deck that overlooks the front yard. I find is so incredible that he has picked up and doing all these things with little to no direction from me. He is pretty sharp on obedience though he has a little problem with "stay". I think he made his own "3 second rule", so we are working on that. I have included a couple of pictures of Cyrus, his "sisters", and some of his "friends". I just want to thank you for him, and let you know Debra that you did a perfect job in breeding this boy and matching him with me. I couldn't of found a more perfect dog. Thanks again Debra, and take care. Sincerely, Janna Kelvasa Email (NY) |

| Debra, so glad you decided to contact me when you were "cleaning up" your e-mail. The puppy is a HUGE hit. We brought him home Sunday afternoon and he seemed to settle right in. Only woke me up twice to go out. We took him on a "road trip" to Temple to spend the day at my in-laws on Monday. He loved their big back yard but most of all he loved the cool floor in the laundry room. He never whined or anything. Just played with his toys and slept.
Today he came to work with me. He has his carrier under my desk and is sleeping, at the moment. Will you be sending the paperwork so that I can get him registered? Thanks, Vivian Email (Texas) |

| Hi Deb -- this is Julie Smith letting you know that we picked up our puppy at the airport with no problems. He was a very good dog on the ride home. It took us about 2 hours to get home from the airport and he slept on my lap most of the way. He was very hungry by the time we got home and he gobbled up his food pretty quickly!! I hope that he does ok tonight since he slept so much on the way home. Thanks again for everything!! We'll keep you updated.
