Trinity Bay Aussies offers one of the best warranties. This is a FULL REFUND warranty in
many cases, not just a replacement pup.
SELLER warrants that the puppy has been examined and is found free from infectious,
contagious and/or communicable disease, is in good physical condition and appears healthy
for transport. Please do not take the puppy into public places, unless absolutely necessary,
until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure
immunity against disease.
The conditions covered are as follows:
Canine Hip / Elbow Dysplasia - As evidenced on radiographic findings and evaluated by the
Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA). Dog must be OFA'd by the age of 24 months. To
qualify you must feed an approved food, not force exercise on a pup younger than a year, and
not allow your pup to get overweight. If your dog is diagnosed with hip dysplasia in the first
two years, you get a 100% refund.
Eyes: If your dog is diagnosed to be losing vision due to a congenital eye defect in the first
two years, you receive a 100% refund.
Congenital defects: heart defects, blood disorders, epilepsy, missing testicles and thyroid
dysfunction. In the first two years, if your dog is diagnosed with any type of birth defect that
can be fixed surgically, we will pay for the surgery up to the price of the pup. If it cannot be
fixed and is crippling or life threatening, you receive a 100% refund. Minor defects that are of
little consequence for the puppy's health are not covered. Such as: a minor under bite, over
bite or a hernia. Obvious hernias, if any, will be repaired before shipping. All veterinarian
charges, incurred by the purchaser, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under
no circumstances be paid by the breeder.
One week illness guarantee: If your puppy must be treated for any illness within one week of
leaving the kennel, EXCLUDING WORMS (which all pups are born with and can take several
months of deworming to remove) OR OTHER INTERNAL PARASITE OR FLEAS, we will
reimburse you the treatment costs (not exam fees or diagnostics, just the treatment).
We intend to send all pups home clean and healthy. We spend a lot to be sure of this. If we
goofed somehow, let us fix it!
Parvo warranty: If your pup contracts ParvoVirus within a week of leaving the kennel, we will
pay for treatment up to the cost of the pup or give you a full refund should the pup not make it.
A licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within (24) twenty-four hours of taking
possesion. If the puppy is shipped by air, a licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy
within 24 hours of arrival at the destination airport. If the puppy is purchased on a holiday or
on the weekend, then the puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian on the following
working day for examination. If your regular veterinarian is not available, you are required to
take the puppy to another veterinarian. A veterinarian’s report must be supplied to the
breeder for this guarantee to be honored and will be void unless these terms are met.
Documentation from two licensed veterinarians from two separate practices must confirm the
illness to receive a 100% refund. SELLER will refund BUYERS purchase moneys if said dog
should become ill from a communicable disease or congenital illness within the warranty
period once the dog is returned to the breeder. All return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
BUYER'S UNDERSTANDING
The Buyer waives any and all claims regarding the puppy/dog's conformation and outward
appearance.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this agreement fully, will comply with this agreement,
and that this agreement is under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas, Chambers County. It is
agreed the place of venue shall be Chambers County, Texas.
