Documentation from two licensed veterinarians from two separate practices must
confirm the illness to receive a 100% refund. SELLER will refund BUYERS purchase
moneys if said dog should become ill from a covered congenital illness within the
warranty period once the dog is returned to the breeder. All return shipping charges are
the responsibility of the purchaser.
BUYER'S UNDERSTANDING
The Buyer waives any and all claims regarding the puppy/dog's conformation and
outward appearance.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this agreement fully, will comply with this
agreement, and that this agreement is under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas,
Chambers County. It is agreed the place of venue shall be Chambers County, Texas.
